Who We Are

step 1.

prep & measure

Get your tools ready and measure your space carefully to determine the precise cuts needed for your panel installation. Accurate measurements ensure a perfect fit and a seamless finish.

Tools You'll Need:

  • Circular Saw (or) Handsaw
  • Silicon Gun
  • Fast Curing Liquid Nails (Recommended) Sika, SikaBond Instant Nails Fast (or) Contact Adhesive (Recommended) Sikabond Contact Fix
  • Wood Filler: Timbermate Wood Filler (Recommended)
  • Tape Measure
  • Sandpaper (120 to 220 or 320 grit)
  • Rags (or) Cloth
  • Paint Scraper
  • Stanley Knife
step 2.

cut & clean

Once you have your measurements, apply them to the back of the sheet.

  • Measure and mark from each side to give you two reference points. Use a straight edge to and draw your lines, ensuring accuracy.
  • Cut along the line with your circular saw or handsaw. ( Note vertical lines can be cut with Stanley knife if the edges fall in the flexible portion of the panel.)
  • After cutting, wipe the panel with a rag or cloth to remove any excess sawdust.
step 3.

Adhesive & Application

  • Ensure both the panel and the surface being applied to are clean and dry.
  • Apply your fast curing liquid nails to the back of the sheet, placing adhesive roughly 30mm in from the edges all around the sheet, then create a squiggly line through the middle.
  • Position the panel and press firmly to disperse the glue. (If using contact adhesive, apply it evenly on the back of the sheet with a paint roller.) For 360° installations, use a pull tie down strap to secure the panel until the glue cures.
step 4.

patch & paint

  • We suggest waiting 24 hours to ensure the glue has fully cured before patching.
  • Once cured, apply wood filler to any touch-up spots using a paint scraper.
  • After the wood filler is dry, use 120 grit sandpaper to remove excess wood filler, followed by a light sanding with 220 and 320 grit sandpaper.
  • Clean the panel gently with a cloth and a soapy water solution, then let it dry completely before painting.
  • Grab your paintbrush and watch your masterpiece come to life.
